Apple has determined that because a component on the iPhone X display module may fail, some iPhone X displays may have touch issues. The affected device may exhibit the following symptoms:
- The display or part of the display does not respond or intermittently responds to touch operations Even if there is no touch operation, the display will react
- Apple or Apple Authorized Service Provider will replace the display module free of charge for eligible devices.
Other iPhone models are not covered by this plan.

- Make an appointment to go to the Apple Store retail store.

This Apple plan will not extend the standard warranty coverage of the iPhone X.

This plan provides protection for affected iPhone X devices for a period of 3 years from the date of the device ’s first retail.
